Attendance:
● Minimum 80% attendance is very necessary otherwise student will not allow to sit in annual examination. However shewill be appear in supplementary examination after fulfilling her attendance as per institute rules.
● Student will be struck off after continuous six days absence from class.
● Struck off student will be eligible to apply for re-admission within fifteen days otherwise no favor will be given.
● Student will complete her missing work herself.

Leave:
● Leave application should reach in time.
● Leave or any other type of application must be signed by parents/guardian.
● One or two days leave is allowed by incharge while the more than three leaves are allowed by principal.
● Sick leave for six days will allow by principal with medical certificate otherwise student will be considered absent.
● Absent in mid-term exams and send-up exams, special fine will be charged.
● Government holidays or vacations are followed by TEVTA schedule.
