The Department of Commerce Education for female students in Bahawalpur was started in 1986 since the established of this college. Mostly pass out students are serving in different departments of Government and Private sector.

It is only Govt. College for girls where commerce education is given. Commerce pass outs can get jobs in banks, offices of all types and as teachers especially short-hand students have jobs in courts as stenographer, personal secretary in govt. offices etc.
