College Library

  Fully air conditional library of GCTW Bahawalpur plays vital rules in providing up to data information and help to stay abreast of ever changing times. It remains opened six days week throughout the year from 08:00am 03:00pm. Computers are available with internet connection. Numerous up to data journals and publications cater to almost every need to teachers and students.

Library Rules:

1. A students must have college library card.

2. Library card is non-transferable. In case of any damage of card, student may get a new one by paying Rs.5/-. If card is lost, he can get a new one by payment of Rs, 25/-.

3. The student has to pay 10% more cost and original amount of books is torn, over marked or any other kind of damage.

4. Books are issued only for 14 days. In case of non-return of books within due time, Rs.10/- day will be fined.

5. Only two books will be issued at a time.

6. First come first get the books in case of shortage of books.

7. Reference books will not be issued but can be study in the library.

8. Re-issuance of the same book is allowed.

9. If a book is lost, buy new book and return to library with 10% fine. If book is not available in market, student will have to pay double price of the book lost.

10. Rental books are issued for the session. If book is not returned at the end of the year, Rs 9/- per day fine will be imposed.

11. Student will return the books before 1st annual examination of PBTE.

12. The student, whose issued books are lost, will not be allowed to get any other book unless he pays fine or return the books.

13. After issuance of books, students should check the book thoroughly; otherwise she will be responsible in case of any damage.

14. Study place is available for students within the library, where they can study books, journals, newspapers etc. In case of loss of any kind, student will be held responsible for.
